Each product has its own preparation time set by the vendor. When you add items to your cart, the system automatically calculates the earliest available delivery date based on the items you’ve chosen.

You’ll be able to select a delivery date at checkout, and all items in your cart will be scheduled for delivery on the latest preparation date required.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the vendor and product type.

In most cases, orders from multiple vendors are delivered together in a single delivery for your convenience.

However, if products require significantly different preparation times, delivery may be split. You’ll always be informed before checkout if this applies to your order

We currently accept secure card payments.

All product prices and delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the vendor has not yet started preparing your items.

Because all products are made fresh to order, cancellations outside this window may not be possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

Refunds are handled directly by Delights.

If your order does not meet reasonable expectations due to quality issues, damage, or errors, please contact our support team. We may request photos or additional information to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food items, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All vendors on Delights are vetted before joining the platform and must be registered businesses.

We monitor performance closely, and vendors that fail to meet our quality or reliability standards are removed from the marketplace

All customer support is handled by Delights.

If you need help, contact our support line and we aim to respond within 1 hour during operating hours. You don’t need to chase individual vendors — we handle it for you.
